In an effort to encourage good dental health and to alleviate rising dental costs, we have developed an In-House Dental Savings Plan for our patients without dental insurance coverage. Enrolling in our In-House Dental Savings Plan in Cambridge gives you the opportunity to obtain a wide scope of necessary dental treatment at a reduced rate. This is NOT dental insurance and cannot be combined with dental insurance or other reduced-fee dental plans.

Both plans save 15% off all other dental procedures including Implants and Orthodontics!

Adult Program (age 15 & older): $395

Adult Periodic Exams (2 per year)
Routine Cleanings (2 per year)
Cavity Detecting X-rays (1 per year)
Panoramic/Full Mouth Series (1 every 3-5 years)
Fluoride Treatment (1 per year)

Child Program (age 14 & under): $295

Child Periodic Exams (2 per year)
Routine Cleanings (2 per year)
Cavity Detecting X-rays (1 per year)
Panoramic X-ray (1 every 3-5 years)
Fluoride Treatment (2 per year)

A Savings Plan For You

Benefits and Provisions

No annual deductible.
No annual maximums.
No waiting period or eligibility periods.
No Missing Tooth Clause.
Annual Enrollment Fees are non-refundable.
Annual Enrollment Fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. No exceptions.
Enrollment Date begins when fee is paid.
Plan expires 1 year from enrollment date.
All treatments must be PAID IN FULL at each visit.
The exams, X-rays, cleanings and fluoride must occur within the year of enrollment and cannot be carried over to the next year.
It is the patient’s/parent’s responsibility to make and keep appointments for his/her family members.
A fee may be applied for each broken appointment without 2 business days’ notice.
Our program is non-transferable to another party or family member.
Participation cannot be combined with any other offer, dental plan or dental insurance plan.
